The Diversis team – representing extensive expertise in cultural analysis and planning and cross-cultural training and management – also draws upon a wide array of subject-matter experts, allowing them to create a tailor-made solution designed to address clients’ specific requirements.

Diversis works in Canada's official languages and in many other languages, providing services to clients around the world from its base in New Brunswick, Canada.

Team

Lori-Ann Cyr is co-founder and CEO of Diversis inc. Instructor and project manager, she’s given university courses in the United States in the field of multicultural education, trained groups of young international interns and assisted several governments and private and public organizations in cross-cultural and immigration management. She travelled for business in over 25 countries. Lori-Ann has worked on immigration related issue for more than 15 years.

Over the years, she specialized in economic immigration, rural immigration, Francophone immigration in minority language communities and in the delivery of cross-cultural workshops.

Lori-Ann was chosen among 21 Young Leaders for the 21st Century in New Brunswick in 2005 and was recognized as one of the five most progressive entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada by Progress business magazine. In 2011, her company, Diversis, received the Government of New Brunswick Innovation Award. In 2012, she earned the title of "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" in her region.

She is mother of two and stepmother of four. She has a Masters of Arts in Teaching French from the University of Maine at Orono, a Bachelor in Education from the University of Maine in Fort Kent. Lori-Ann is very active and sits on a number of boards for community groups in New Brunswick, including the Université de Moncton Board of Governors, the University of Maine at Fort Kent Board of Visitors and is a former Chair of the Conseil économique du Nouveau-Brunswick (CÉNB).

The Honorable Aldéa Landry (Vice President) is a lawyer, business woman and highly respected figure in public life. She has truly helped shape public policy in her home province of New Brunswick, within Atlantic Canada and on a national scale.

In New Brunswick, Aldéa has served as deputy premier, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, and interim Minister of Fisheries. She also co-founded a successful law firm before launching her own business in 1993.

Aldéa is also currently the President of Landal Incorporated, a consulting firm based in Moncton that provides comprehensive counseling services in the areas of organizational and business development and international cooperation. She also acts as a Labour Relations Arbitrator.

A firm believer in life-long learning and personal development, Aldéa has taken a variety of courses in business administration and law over the years. She is a past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council and co-chaired the Downey-Landry New Brunswick Commission on Excellence in Education. She is a member of the Security Intelligence Review Committee, an independent, external review body which reports to the Parliament of Canada on the operations of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. As well, Aldéa serves many boards at the local, provincial and national levels, such as the Shaw Group, Fraser Papers and the Bragg Group of Companies.

In 2006, Aldéa was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada and she holds honorary degrees from the University of New Brunswick, Mount Saint Vincent University and the Université de Moncton. In 2003, Progress Magazine named her one of 20 Atlantic Canadians who exemplifies the spirit of progress in Atlantic Canada.

Nanah AUGOU is a legal administrative assistant at Diversis. She has over 4 years of experience as an administrative manager in Canada and in the Ivory Coast. Curious by nature, she has also explored the communication field and entrepreneurship.

Before entering the workforce, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Private Law

and a certificate in Law and Humanitarian Action from the Université Méthodiste in the Ivory Coast. In 2022, she graduated from the Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Management.

Convinced that cultural diversity and immigration is important, Diversis is, for her, a way to give back by helping, informing and training.

Passionate about DIY, nature and new discoveries, she spends her spare time making jewelry and working on a variety of creative projects.

Suzanne Morneault has been Director of finances for Diversis since 2009. Attentive to details and rigorous by nature, she has been working in accounting since 1995, which makes her one of the pillars of our business.

Formerly, she owned a natural products store and natural food consultant. She has taken accounting courses at the Université de Moncton and the Collège Communautaire du Nouveau- Brunswick (CCNB) and benefited from several years of mentoring from Nadeau Picard & Associates, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) firm.

Health and balance! That's her motto. As well as practising yoga, she occupies her free time with outdoor activities such as cycling, walking in the forest, camping or cross-country skiing in winter.
